James Drury, Pastry Business Manager
James has an extensive food related background having worked in both professional Kitchens as a chef and also in new product development roles in the food manufacturing industry. James plays a key role in working with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met when working on briefs and projects.
Lynne Moody, Head of Technical
Lynne has been part of the Bells technical team for over 12 years and has vast experience in pastry manufacturing. She ensures that Bells Professional Pastry meets and maintains its high technical standards, and plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships through the creation of specifications, technical information and overseeing new product launches.
Andrew Bell, Operations Director
Andrew has been involved in the Bells family business throughout his life, and it was his father Donald who started the business back in 1931. He oversees the manufacture of Bells Professional Pastry and brings a wealth of experience in pastry manufacturing and processes to the business, which he readily shares with our customers.
Jackie Wemyss, Production Manager
Jackie has worked for Bells for over 25 years. During her career with us, she has seen Bells Professional Pastry expand and grow from making puff pastry by hand to manufacturing on high spec industrial mixing units and laminators. Jackie’s skills, experience and deep knowledge of pastry is vital in delivering high quality and consistent performing products.
Gordon Smith, Sales & Marketing Director
Gordon has been working in the food industry for over 20 years, and is passionate about delivering great quality, service and teamwork. He’s also committed to providing the best product possible to his customers, and ensuring that Bells Professional Pastry consistently delivers on performance and taste.
